We are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Product & Quality Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Production & Quality Coordinator, you will support daily operations across production and quality, development, covering administration, sample coordination, system upkeep, and hands-on quality tasks such as sample checking. The role is operational in nature and requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain supplier production sheets and ensure data accuracy across systems
Coordinate supplier communication on orders, materials, and delivery updates
Monitor and follow up on bulk fabric, yarn, and production progress
Manage sample requests, tracking, and distribution across all approval stages
Review samples against approved standards and provide structured supplier feedback
Support shipment planning, approvals, and all related documentation
Keep tech packs, product data, and seasonal documentation up to date
Maintain organised archive libraries for fabrics, trims, and samples
PROFILE
The role sits at the intersection of production operations and product support. You will work closely with the Production & Quality Coordinator, QA Manager, and Product Developer, ensuring smooth execution of production workflows and coordination across suppliers, systems, and internal stakeholders.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1–2 years of experience (including internships) within fashion production, production administration, or sample coordination. You already have hands-on exposure to production workflows and are ready to grow further in a structured and fast-paced environment
Highly structured and detail-oriented
Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
A genuine interest in garment production and responsible manufacturing
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with suppliers
Proficient in Excel and comfortable picking up new systems quickly
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and technical product documentation is an advantage
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
