We are looking for a Head of Delivery & IoV GBAD C2 to drive integration, verification, and delivery across complex, software-intensive systems — ensuring successful outcomes for both external and internal customers.
Your role
In this role, you are accountable for integration and verification across subsystems and system level, ensuring that what we build works — end to end. You hold the full delivery responsibility, securing that commitments towards both external and internal customers are met with high quality and predictability.
You lead through your managers and project managers, building a strong and coordinated delivery organization. With two direct reporting managers and a number of project managers, you create the conditions for effective execution, clear priorities, and aligned ways of working.
A key part of your responsibility is to ensure strong project progress across the department, including ownership of the department’s project office and its ability to plan, follow up, and drive deliveries forward.
You combine structured execution with a close understanding of the business, enabling you to remove obstacles, support decisions, and maintain momentum. You are part of the GBAD C2 Management Team, contributing to strategy while driving delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop managers and project managers within delivery, integration, and verification

Ensure effective integration and verification across subsystems and system level

Own end-to-end delivery responsibility toward external and internal customers

Secure project progress and execution across the department, including the project office

Drive planning, follow-up, and predictability in deliveries

Create clarity, structure, and alignment across teams and stakeholders

Continuously improve ways of working and delivery performance
Your profile

Proven leader of leaders in a complex delivery or development environment

Strong experience in integration, verification, and system delivery

Solid understanding of software-intensive and system-of-systems environments

Experienced in driving project execution and delivery through project managers

A clear and communicative leader who creates alignment and accountability

Structured and pragmatic, with a strong focus on results and progress

Close to the business, with the ability to balance strategic direction and operational execution
Merits: Experience from defense or safety-critical domains, test/verification frameworks and/or international delivery environments.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
