About the Role
Are you a digital creative with a sharp eye for visuals and a knack for storytelling? We’re looking for a Digital Content Designer to join our growing team at Vekst in Gothenburg.
At Vekst, we help global B2B brands grow through strategic marketing and creative excellence. In this role, you’ll create digital content that not only looks great, but performs well, too — designing visuals, crafting copy, and adapting assets for every platform where our clients meet their audiences.
If you’re able to take existing raw material and turn it into something new and exciting, you’ll do well in this role. Whether it’s for social media (paid and organic), landing pages, display campaigns, or email marketing, your creative ideas will help our customers land their messages in ways that resonate with their audiences.
This role is well-suited for someone who is both creative and analytical. Some days you’ll be brainstorming new activations, while others you’ll be refining visuals or optimizing formats for performance. We work in an agile, iterative way: create test evaluate refine repeat. If that mindset excites you, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and turn images or videos into engaging digital ads for paid campaigns.
- Write and adapt short-form copy that resonates with each target audience and platform.
- Create and optimize content for social media, focusing on driving conversions, reach, and engagement.
- Adapt and reformat graphic assets for different placements, from social feeds to websites and display banners. Experience with HTML5 is meriting.
- Edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, creating dynamic and polished deliverables.
- Produce simple animations and motion graphics (e.g., animated text, transitions, or lightweight effects). Experience with After Effects animation is meriting.
- Act as a go-to expert on creative performance, continuously testing and improving content to achieve better results.
Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in digital content creation, ideally in paid media and digital advertising.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Proven ability to turn a concept, idea, or raw asset into a compelling digital ad.
- Skilled at writing clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy in English.
- Strong understanding of what works where, and how to adapt content for different platforms.
- A proactive, curious mindset — always exploring new tools, platforms, and creative trends.
- Experience working in an agency or B2B marketing environment is highly meriting.
- Fluent in Swedish & English
