What you'll be doing
Our client is a leading financial institution in the Nordic region, currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernising and enhancing its core business systems and processes.
As part of this journey, we are looking for several Oracle Fusion Developers to join an established delivery organisation and contribute to the development of business-critical solutions within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The successful candidates will work in a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to support long-term strategic initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a major transformation programme within the banking sector, working on systems that directly support key business operations.
How you'll spend your day

Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions within the Oracle Fusion environment.

Design and implement integrations and data flows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical functionality.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.

Ensure development follows established standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll be successful if you have

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion development experience.

Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.

Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
