We're now looking for a Sales Manager in Stockholm to lead our growth in Sweden's capital market. If you're a relationship-driven dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your chance to build your own portfolio, own your contracts, and create substantial, recurring income.
- Grow and own a client portfolio in Greater Stockholm through meetings, events, and tailored pitches, positioning K&A as a trusted Swedish IT talent partner
- Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with our Nordic consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs
- Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time
- A self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment
- You care about both sides, helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work
- Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech
- Fluent in English and Swedish (both essential)
- Based in Stockholm and comfortable with regular in-person client meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between effort and earnings
