We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Representative to develop and drive sales across the Swedish market. This role has a strong focus on outbound sales, with primary responsibility for identifying new customers, managing the existing customer portfolio, and driving direct machine sales.
The position requires a high level of activity in the field, close customer interaction, and the ability to build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact to closing.
Responsibilities:

Drive proactive outbound sales activities across Sweden

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

Manage and grow existing customer relationships

Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Sell machines directly to end customers

Plan and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Represent the company professionally in the market

Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in outbound sales, preferably within B2B and industrial sectors

Proven track record of achieving sales results

Technical background or experience in technical sales is a strong advantage

Knowledge of the Swedish market is an advantage

Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify customer needs

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a structured manner
Formal Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in sales, marketing, or a technical field
