Our Operations and Improvement team works with clients across all major sectors. The team works on strategy through to implementation on issues critical to the growth and prosperity of business operations across the world. PA is home to a wide range of capabilities including our Global Engineering and Technology Centres, a strong Digital Strategy team as well as skilled People & Change leaders that allows us to drive performance improvement initiatives for our clients that can uncover opportunities beyond process improvement. Our typical client projects include:

Enterprise wide cost reduction programs, including design-to-value innovation, cash flow management and sourcing optimsation

Supply chain network and logistics optimization

Manufacturing capacity improvement and scaling as well as manufacturing innovation

Designing and delivering the supply chains and manufacturing capabilities of tomorrow including supply chain digitalization

What you’ll do
Within this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients. As a senior consultant, you like to play a key part in business development, sales initiatives and Thought Leadership, with the aim of further expanding competencies and propositions that help to acquire new assignments and clients, and to expand our existing clients and of course, the growth of your own career at PA.

Manage project, drive PMOs and lead change

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are curious, ambitious, and hungry to learn. As you should expect to be managing projects with responsibility for leading other consultants, we are searching for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ management consulting experience or similar.
Ideally you will have:

5 to 10 years of experience within the area of performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence or supply chain management.

Experience from consulting within the sectors of manufacturing, transport and/or defense.

Demonstrated leadership in large, diverse project teams and the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, delivering creative and impactful solutions.

Energetic, positive team player committed to excellence and driven by achieving strong results together.
