We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Application Specialist to join our ERP & PLM applications team and take a leading role in how our supply chain processes are designed, built, and improved. Not just to keep the platform running, but to help decide where it goes next.
The role is based at our headquarters in Lund or at our office in Linköping.
Axis is growing fast, and our supply chain is growing more complex with us. More markets, more products, more sites and flows to coordinate.
Over the coming years we'll run several major initiatives across supply chain and ERP, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS at the core of our platform. You'll be close to that work from the start, contributing to how our future ERP and supply chain landscape is designed and implemented, and then making it real.
If you've spent years advising on solutions and want to see them through to daily operation, this is that kind of role.
You'll join our ERP & PLM team, the group behind some of the most business-critical applications at Axis. We run the full application lifecycle, from daily support to long-term development and upgrades.
The team sits in Lund and Linköping, and we work with colleagues around the world. You'll have people close by to think out loud with, architects and developers to build alongside, and a global organization to make an impact on.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to improve our supply chain processes, shape solution design, and make sure our systems support both today's needs and tomorrow's.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead requirements analysis, and turn business needs into scalable solutions
- Design and configure our Dynamics 365 solution for supply chain processes, and know when to configure, when to extend, and when to change the process instead
- Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions alongside our architects
- Take an active role in ERP transformation and implementation initiatives
- Lead the dialogue with stakeholders across functions and regions, and bring them to a shared answer
- Safeguard end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
- Support and improve our ERP platform continuously
You're a senior specialist who is comfortable being the one people turn to. You can sit with a planner or a warehouse team, understand what's actually getting in their way, and translate that into a solution that holds up across regions. You share what you know, you're happy to be challenged, and you'd rather fix a process than build around it.
You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and you're at ease leading discussions about processes, solutions, and priorities.
We'd love to hear that you have:
- Extensive experience in business-facing roles, as a consultant or inside a larger organization, and a track record of building trust and influencing stakeholders
- Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives
- A strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and order fulfillment
- Experience with frameworks such as the SCOR model, or with Dynamics 365 supply chain processes
Experience from a global, multi-site organization is a bonus, as is familiarity with the systems around the ERP, such as PLM or Demand- and Supply planning solutions.
