We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our team in the Nordics. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new customers to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the Nordic region.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve new business sales targets.

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and collaboration with marketing.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.

Experience in ERP or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.

Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
