Join ALK and help improve the lives of people living with allergy. We are looking for a driven Area Manager to lead commercial growth in the Stockholm and mid Sweden region. In this role, you will develop district performance, build strategic customer relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals in allergy and immunotherapy. You will work with a high level of autonomy and collaborate closely with colleagues across Commercial Sweden and ALK Nordic.
Key responsibilities:

Drive and manage sales performance within the assigned district to grow key products.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with targeted customers, accounts, healthcare personnel, and decision-makers.

Combine consultative selling with strategic account planning, serving as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Represent ALK at meetings, seminars, and events to promote the company and develop strong partnerships.
What you will do:

Develop, implement, and follow up on activities and KPIs in the Area Action Plan; own local budget execution within plan.

Lead collaborative projects, customer trainings and educational presentations for healthcare professionals in allergy and immunotherapy.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and prioritize business opportunities.

Partner with marketing, market access, and medical teams to localize and execute area plans.

Systematically capture and share customer insights, market trends, and opportunities to inform ALK’s business planning.

Plan and deliver relevant local customer events and meetings that create clear value for attendees.

Ensure every ALK interaction is trustworthy, compliant, and value-adding.

Responsible for a defined sales area, and support other areas as needed.

Part of Commercial Sweden and the broader ALK Nordic organization.

Collaborate with colleagues across ALK Nordic and represent ALK with external vendors and partners.

Your background:

2+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong sales track record.

Academic degree and completion of Medical Basic Training (LIF course and examination)

Valid driver’s license.

Proficient IT skills; confident user of Microsoft Office.

Structured, organized, and efficient in resource planning and execution.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build team spirit and inspire collaboration.

Fluency in Swedish and strong professional English, written and spoken.
