- Work on interesting and challenging projects for our clients across Europe, ranging from a couple of months to up to a year. The projects involve acting as a Product Owner for teams developing everything from back-end systems (API platforms, IAM solutions, etc.) to front-end applications and components.
- You take responsibility for the clients’ product roadmap, making use of input from customers (feedback & data analysis), stakeholders, and the team. Further, you break the roadmap down into subcomponents, which are then prioritized and planned using agile work methodologies.
- As a Product Owner you work closely with the development teams and participate in discussions with regards to technical decisions.
- When not being on a project, build and improve the software for CodePole’s internal ventures, such as a business loan broker operating on the Swedish market, an insurance broker, or a mortgage broker.
- Contribute to the development of CodePole in whatever way you can do it the best, be it sharing your knowledge, organizing professional speakers to run workshops for the team, taking part in our client calls, improving on our recruitment process, or planning our next team event
- You have a technical affinity and a good enough technical knowledge to participate in discussions within the development team, even if you do not know all of the technical specificities
- You have great communication skills, being able to cooperate both with the tech and business teams
- You have the skills required to understand the needs of the business side and to translate these into technical requirements and implementation steps
- You are a driven person striving to improve things and enjoy getting things done
- You are fluent in Swedish and professional proficiency in English
