About the job
You define, govern, and continuously evolve architecture and tooling across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals. You ensure that the technology landscape—applications, platforms, data, and integration—remains coherent, scalable, and fit for purpose in a complex environment.
Job responsibilities

Govern the technology landscape to ensure long-term integrity and informed decision-making

Drive and evolve a structured agenda that prioritizes and sequences technology change

Build and strengthen architecture and tooling as a strategic capability across the organization

Ensure alignment between divisional roadmaps and overarching architectural direction

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and represent architecture in governance forums
Location and flexibility
The role is preferably based in Sweden, Stockholm. International travel is required.
Your profile
You bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or large-scale technology transformation and feel confident navigating complex, global organizations. With a strategic mindset, you connect long-term direction with practical execution and lead organizations through meaningful change.
Your background includes:

University degree in IT or related field.

10+ years in IT architecture roles, with large-scale IT operations experience.

Expertise in TOGAF, ITIL, ServiceNow, Cloud & Datacenter, Network Security, Digital Workplace.

Knowledge of automation frameworks, observability platforms, and AIOps.
