RaySearch, a world leader in the field of software for advanced radiation therapy, is now looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to strengthen our international Sales team.
In this role, you will play a key part in our Sales organization, supporting efficient and well-structured sales operations across global markets. You will work closely with the sales process end-to-end, helping ensure that our teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to succeed.
As one of our CRM experts, you will be responsible for maintaining customer account information, tracking key milestones, generating quotations, and supporting product configuration and license provisioning.
The role involves working with large volumes of sales data from multiple markets, with a strong focus on reporting, data quality, and process improvement. By ensuring accurate insights and reliable system structures, you will support business decisions and contribute to the continued growth of RaySearch.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Service, and Quality in an international and dynamic environment.

Submit information to RaySearch’s global sales network (direct sales and distribution network)

Be an expert of the sales process, product configuration, order registration in Salesforce and license provisioning

Work with data quality, structure and management of data in Salesforce

Create reports and data for follow-up and business support

Follow up and monitor documentation about our customers

Sales support activities, as supporting sales with registration of orders, follow up on customer agreements and deliveries, updates of customer’s licenses, etc.

Work with sales to ensure that service contracts are pursued and established by the end of warranty periods
To succeed in this role, you have strong communication and administrative skills combined with an analytical and structured mindset. You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to maintaining high-quality data and documentation.
You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, can manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly when circumstances change.
You have experience working with data, reporting, and analysis in a commercial environment and understand how data can be used to support business decisions and improve processes.

Relevant university degree or equivalent education

3-5 years experience in sales support, business operations, or CRM administration

Hands-on proficiency with CRM software platforms, specifically Salesforce

Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Very strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Swedish
Good knowledge in other languages are considered a merit. It is also an advantage (but not required) if you have experience from a software company, medical devices or healthcare industries.
