We are now scaling our production and looking for Production Operators who take pride in executing processes with accuracy, discipline, and consistency.
You are responsible for stable, safe, and high-quality execution of critical production processes.
Your work directly impacts:
Product quality
Process stability
Production efficiency
Operate thermal furnaces, coating lines, and cutting machines
Ensure correct setup, material handling, loading, and unloading
Maintain process parameters within defined specifications
Monitor temperature, cycle times, and output continuously
Perform visual and dimensional quality checks
Identify and escalate deviations immediately
Support changeovers and ensure equipment is correctly configured
Follow work instructions and SOPs with high precision
Maintain consistency across production cycles
Perform first-line preventive maintenance and inspections
Clean and maintain equipment according to schedule
Report abnormalities to Maintenance without delay
Register production data, material usage, and quality observations
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Follow all safety procedures and standards at all times

You bring discipline, reliability, and attention to detail.
Upper secondary education in industry, technology, or similar
Experience from manufacturing or production environments
Strong ability to follow instructions and work systematically
High focus on quality, safety, and accuracy
Advanced in Swedish and English
Willingness to work shifts
Experience with furnaces, coating lines, or similar process equipment
Experience from thermal processes or surface treatment
Additional languages
