This is a role for someone who thrives on getting things right. Someone who can hold multiple workstreams at once, chase down the detail that others miss, and turn a complex set of inputs into a polished, client-ready deliverable. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Trial Strategy Leads, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations — sitting at the centre of how Trialbee converts opportunities into partnerships.
Support Trial Strategy Leads in preparing proposals and client deliverables from brief through to final submission
Review RFPs and supporting documentation to identify requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Build proposal foundations using approved templates, historical performance data, case studies, and standard content
Coordinate inputs across Sales, Partnerships, Trial Strategy, Operations, and Marketing — including partnership quotes
Maintain and organise proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
Support data visualisations and quality reviews to ensure every deliverable is accurate, complete, and on-brand
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of proposal workflows
Identify opportunities to improve how we work — processes, organisation, and cross-team collaboration
1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, patient recruitment, clinical trial operations, or a related clinical research function
A solid understanding of patient recruitment strategies and the clinical trial landscape
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
A proactive mindset — you spot what needs doing and you do it
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and pulling together inputs from different teams
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Comfort with AI-enabled tools and a genuine curiosity about how technology can improve the way we work
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you produce

This role sits within our commercial team, inside our Sales Operations function — the team that turns Trialbee's business strategies into real-world execution. You'll report into the Sales Operations leadership and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a group of experienced Directors and specialists spanning Trial Strategy, Partnerships, and Commercial Operations.
