You support our team as
- Develop, inspire and execute an e-commerce strategy to increase the share of online sales through both direct customers and Nordic KAM colleagues
- Own customer-specific results, business plans and investments to support and grow the business
- Propose, follow up and implement commercial strategies related to pricing, agreements and digital retail media investments in close cooperation with Marketing
- Identify and capture new trends, customers and commercial flows within e-commerce and successfully commercialise them with strong execution focus
- Analyse sales performance (sell-in / sell-out) to improve future customer strategies and internal priorities
- Actively participate in the international Amazon and E-commerce team
- Lead the internal Online group and drive optimisation of investments and development of internal processes
- 5–8 years of experience in e‑commerce sales, key account management, or digital commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the e‑commerce ecosystems, including major online retailers, marketplaces, and digital consumer behavior trends.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key online accounts with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with e‑commerce performance dashboards, KPIs, and sales reports.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent in English;
