The YES-EU Group is a pioneer of new energy business. We deliver a complete ecosystem of electric buses, coaches, chargers and energy storage systems (ESS) for home and industry, supported by rapidly expanding battery service centers across Europe. Our modular, plug-and-play workshop model enables fast deployment of local maintenance expertise, ensuring reliability and long-term partnerships.
YES-EU pan-European network is firmly established with operations in Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom, along with Ning Service in Norway and a factory base in Italy.
THE ROLE
As the CEO of YES-EU Sweden you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the company’s strategy, development and operations in Sweden. This role includes both driving the local business and actively contributing to the Group’s overall strategy and growth across Europe. In addition to overseeing the Swedish operations the CEO participates in Group-wide initiatives and ensures that the Group’s objectives, guidelines and ways of working are effectively implemented and followed within the Swedish market.
The role requires a commercially driven and experienced leader with a strong understanding of the energy transport or e-mobility sector, as well as an established network within relevant markets. You are expected to drive growth, strengthen the company’s market position, and lead initiatives that support expansion and development.
The CEO also holds clear responsibility for ensuring high-quality delivery of products and services, as well as for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Lead and coordinate key strategic projects in Sweden and ensure they align with the Group’s long-term objectives.
o Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy in line with the company’s global vision.
o Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to increase market share and strengthen the competitive position.
o Drive innovation as well as product and service development to meet market demands.
o Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency, high performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
o Manage P&L, budgeting and financial performance to achieve business goals
o Expand the company’s presence by fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, public institutions and industry bodies.
o Leverage existing networks and build new connections to support business growth.
o Foster collaboration between the Swedish unit and other group entities
o Build a high-performing and engaged team with focus on customer service, collaboration and continuous improvement.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
o Manage customer needs and inquiries and efficiently to ensure a mutually beneficial business partnership.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of executive experience, as a CEO or as a C-Suite member, ideally within the energy transport, OEM and/or public transportation industries.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, with a strong focus on strategic planning, operations and market development.
- Extensive network within the e-mobility industry and related markets in Sweden
- Strong understanding of regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Languages: – Swedish, English
