Minc is changing strategy, changing location, and changing its operating logic, all within a year. We are now looking for you who holds these ambitions together from the inside, in a role where you build the future Malmö with us. You are an operational force, joining a development-oriented team.
Minc is one of the Malmö region's leading innovation actors. We are in the middle of a deliberate shift, where we move from being a support actor to actively developing Malmö's innovation system. It is an ambitious shift. You will be the CEO's closest colleague in the work with the organisation's total operations, in a role with independent judgment and your own mandate. Your job is to absorb a high pace and translate it into development in the organisation, without losing substance along the way. You ensure that we deliver on an ambitious strategy. You complement a CEO with entrepreneurial drive, expansive thinking, and a helicopter perspective.

You lead through your own actions and on a typical workday you might both empty the dishwasher and welcome the Japanese Ambassador.
You have solid experience and practice building collaborations and alliances to reach goals, and your track record shows that you are a unifying force in change and development work.
You have at least five years of experience combining strategic thinking with operational execution and can point to concrete examples of taking complex assignments through to completion.
You are good at making ambitious plans concrete and seeing them through. In the balance between the strategic and the operational, your focus is on operational execution.
You are analytically strong, understand when an argument does not hold and say so. You read organisations well and understand what is said and what is not. You build trust upward, downward, and horizontally without becoming a political actor.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and communication is one of your most important tools. Feel free to apply in your preferred language.
