We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on leader — our own “Q” — to shape and drive Quant’s digital and AI future.
In this role, you will combine strategy, innovation, and execution, turning ideas into scalable solutions that create real business impact. You will also play a key leadership role in inspiring, guiding, and enabling the organization to adopt new ways of working through AI and digital solutions. You will work closely with Business Development and Finance to ensure that digital and AI initiatives deliver measurable value.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Quant operates across approximately 50 sites worldwide and employs around 1,700 people.
This is not a traditional digital role — it is about redefining how an industrial services company creates value through modern technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive Quant’s AI and digital strategy
- Development of the product portfolio
- Identify and implement high-impact, scalable use cases
- Lead the development of AI-driven services and solutions
- Drive adoption of digital tools across operations and commercial teams
- Build and leverage partnerships with startups, tech partners, and academia
- Contribute hands-on to solution design, prototyping, and rollout
- Ensure clear financial impact and ROI in collaboration with Finance
Your Background
- 5–10 years in digital, AI, analytics, or tech-driven roles
- Proven track record of delivering business impact through technology
- Strong knowledge of AI, data platforms, cloud, and automation
- Experience combining strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience as a leader, with the ability to build, engage, and develop teams
