At the Financial Systems department we have an exciting journey ahead, helping to transform and further digitalize the financial functions within the company. We enable data driven decisions by delivering and governing reliable systems, information models and processes. We are responsible for the ERP system, FP&A system, Finance BI and additional supporting systems.
You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Systems, who has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and is passionate about creating real business values together with engaged, driven team members. About the job
As System Manager - OneStream, you will be responsible for the OneStream platform end-to-end, from daily operations and development to support across financial planning, consolidation and reporting for the group which includes companies in Sweden and the Baltics. Working hands-on with accounting and business control, you will be a key partner during closing and forecasting cycles.
Key responsibilities:
Platform Management

Oversee the daily management, performance, maintenance and governance of the OneStream platform.

Stay current with OneStream's latest features and best practices, continuously improving the platform.
Development & Solutions

Design, configure and implement solutions to streamline financial processes and reporting requirements.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the commercial units.
Finance Stakeholder Support

Work closely with Accounting to ensure reliable operations during financial closing, resolving issues related to data imports, consolidation structure and master data.

Partner with Business Control to support forecasting cycles, including scenario management, volume-driven forecast models and workforce planning setup.

Train and support end-users across Accounting and Business Control, resolving issues efficiently.
Who are you?
Requirements:

Hands-on experience with OneStream development, administration and support, or a similar FP&A platform (e.g. Anaplan, Tagetik, Cognos).

Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions that improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Working knowledge of scripting and query languages (e.g. VB.NET, SQL) to support development and data transformations.

Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and systems, including imports, integrations and data quality management.

Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively, including under pressure during closing and forecasting cycles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Clear communication with a collaborative approach across Finance and IT stakeholders.
