We are looking for a strategic and people‑centric Senior Lead, People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping an impactful and high‑performing organisation. This is a 12‑month parental leave cover, offering a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will lead the HR work in Sweden, while leading a small, dedicated HR team with two employees supporting several business areas, ensuring that people priorities are closely aligned with local organisational needs. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, setting clear short‑term operational direction while driving meaningful outcomes.
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will influence and guide the adoption of modern HR practices, ensuring effective communication of key initiatives and organisational changes. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you can tackle complex challenges, drive improvements in HR processes and programmes, and deliver sustainable solutions across multiple business areas.
You will also play a leadership role in coaching and guiding leaders and your team, using your deep HR expertise and strong leadership capabilities to deliver results and elevate team performance.

Establish short‑term operational plans that support people and culture priorities.
- Lead a team of HR employees working across multiple job areas.
- Advise senior leaders on performance, organisation design, employee relations and talent planning.
- Influence leaders to adopt new people practices and approaches.
- Conduct briefings with senior leadership and communicate key HR topics and risks.
- Support organisational change, including restructures and integration activities.

Extensive experience in HR business partnering with exposure to complex organisational environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, organisation design, talent management and people processes.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.

- Education in HR, business or a related field, supported by significant experience.
