We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with deep expertise in treasury solutions and a proven track record of winning new business with corporate clients.
This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new logos across mid‑market and enterprise corporates in Sweden, selling market‑leading treasury technology covering areas such as cash management, liquidity, payments, and risk.
You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, engaging directly with Treasurers, CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders, positioning FIS as a strategic treasury partner rather than a point‑solution vendor.
This role requires credible treasury domain knowledge, confidence operating at executive level, and demonstrable success selling treasury platforms into corporate environments.
You will join a specialist sales team focused on corporate treasury solutions across the Nordics. The team works closely with presales, product, and delivery to design and deliver solutions aligned to real treasury outcomes.

Own and execute a new‑business sales strategy for treasury solutions across Sweden

Prospect, qualify, and close mid‑market and enterprise corporate opportunities

Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles including discovery, solution positioning, business case development, negotiation, and close

Engage senior treasury and finance stakeholders, including CFOs, Group Treasurers, Heads of Cash & Liquidity, and Payments leaders

Run detailed discovery conversations around treasury pain points (cash visibility, liquidity risk, bank connectivity, payments, controls)

Position FIS treasury solutions as strategic platforms aligned to business outcomes

Collaborate with presales and product teams to shape solutions that are technically and commercially robust

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning

Represent FIS at client meetings, industry events, and treasury forums in the region

Proven experience selling treasury solutions to corporate clients (cash management, liquidity, payments, risk, TMS)

Demonstrated new‑business / hunter background with a consistent track record of closing deals

Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes and operating models

Experience selling into mid‑market and enterprise corporates in Sweden

Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with senior finance decision‑makers

Credibility and confidence engaging Treasurers and CFO‑level buyers

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Fluency in Swedish and English

Willingness to travel within Sweden as required

Experience selling Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or enterprise treasury platforms

Familiarity with FIS treasury products (e.g. Quantum, Integrity)

Knowledge of the Nordic treasury, payments, and banking ecosystem

Existing network within Sweden’s corporate treasury or finance community

Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales
