We are looking for a Product Category Manager to join our Nordic Product Management team, within the Interiors & Function category.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing your product categories to drive profitable growth and customer value across all Nobia brands in the Nordic markets. You will play a key role in ensuring we always offer the right assortment, combining strong local relevance with efficient product and business harmonization.
You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization and act as the main advocate for your categories—bringing insights, structure, and direction to both strategy and execution.
You will:
Own the product portfolio and lifecycle, including phase-in and phase-out decisions
Analyze data and market insights to identify new product opportunities
Drive the category strategy, including setting goals, KPIs, and follow-up
Act as the main representative for your categories across the business
Define and support pricing strategies together with the Pricing team
Ensure strong product information and support materials
Collaborate broadly across functions such as Product Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing
Monitor and improve category performance across profitability, customer value, and competitiveness
We believe you are a structured and analytical professional with strong business understanding and a passion for product and category development.
Strong interest in interior design, trends, sustainability, and consumer needs
Ability to analyze complex data and turn insights into action
Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on long-term goals
Experience in product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization
Solid experience in pricing strategies
Results-oriented with focus on customer value and profitability
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in product or category management, preferably in an international organization
Experience from in-house production is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
Willingness to travel when needed
