Job Summary
Program Director – Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with a primary focus on migration from Blue Yonder to o9 platform. This leadership role will drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation across Demand, Supply, and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
"Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale BY o9 transformation programs
- Drive enterprise-wide IBP transformation, aligning planning processes across Demand, Supply, and Finance
- Partner with C-level stakeholders to shape future-state supply chain planning ecosystems
- Ensure alignment of technology, data, processes, and organizational capabilities
Program Governance & Execution Oversight
- Establish and oversee end-to-end program governance, operating model, and delivery framework
- Provide executive oversight across multiple workstreams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, Data, Integration)
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and business outcomes
- Lead steering committees, executive reviews, and strategic decision-making forums
Transformation Delivery & Value Realization
- Oversee implementation of o9 platform solutions across:
o Demand Planning (Forecasting, Demand Intelligence)
o Supply Planning (Solver-based optimization, SCS)
o IBP / S&OP processes
Skill Requirements
Leadership Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, and Digital Transformation
- Proven track record in leading large, complex, multi-year transformation programs
- Extensive experience in Program/Portfolio Management at enterprise scale
Domain & Platform Expertise
o Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP / S&OP
o End-to-end supply chain transformation programs
- Strong experience with planning platforms:
o o9 (highly preferred)
o Blue Yonder (BY)
Transformation Expertise
- Hands-on experience in platform migration programs (BY o9 preferred)
- Strong understanding of process harmonization, data transformation, and system integration
- Exposure to AI-driven planning and advanced analytics frameworks
Executive Leadership Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Ability to influence at C-suite level
- Experience managing global teams and multi-vendor ecosystems"
