This role will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement and Group Sustainability Leadership to accelerate Cloetta’s environmental performance and manufacturing transformation agenda.

What will you be contributing to?
Key focus areas include energy and emissions reduction, waste and water optimization, environmental compliance excellence, driving a systematic environmental way of working, and supporting the delivery of Cloetta’s sustainability ambitions across manufacturing.
In this role, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of environmental programs, governance, and ways of working aligned with legislation, internal standards, and Cloetta’s sustainability strategy.

Support the organization in achieving environmental targets through expert guidance, structured initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Act as a trusted environmental expert, building awareness and strengthening competence across sites and functions.

Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions.

Drive harmonization of environmental training and contribute to the development of common learning initiatives.

Initiate, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing sites.

Provide environmental expertise and risk assessments in projects, including Management of Change (MoC) and CAPEX investments.

Act as the key point of contact for environmental authorities and external stakeholders, fostering constructive and compliant relationships.

Lead environmental reporting, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data submission.

In addition, you fulfil these requirements:

Educated to Bachelor/master’s degree level within the environmental field.

Minimum 5 years environmental experience in a multi-country organization.

English language – business proficiency.

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
