Role Overview
Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic growth and delivery across Networks and OSS transformation programs in Sweden and the Nordic region. This role focuses on driving key account growth, managing large-scale programs, and expanding Infosys presence in telecom networks and OSS.
Key Responsibilities
Own P&L and growth strategy for telecom clients in Nordics
Drive revenue growth and pipeline creation
Lead large-scale transformation programs ( >€10M)
Ensure delivery governance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Lead RFP/RFI responses and solutioning
Build CXO-level client relationships
Manage global delivery teams
Ensure compliance with Swedish regulations
Required Qualifications
20+ years of experience in Telecom/IT
Strong experience in Networks and OSS domains
Proven program management experience
Exposure to AI, automation, and cloud-native telecom
PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 certifications (preferred)
Skills
Leadership and stakeholder management
Financial and risk management
Strong communication skills
Nordic telecom experience (preferred)
Language Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory)
Swedish or Nordic language (preferred)
