Are you an experienced leader ready to shape the future of HR’s operative and system landscape? SEB is seeking a senior strategic counterpart to drive one of HR’s most significant transformation initiatives.
SEB is undertaking a major overhaul of HR’s system landscape, including migrating the Core HR solution to a modern cloud platform. This transformation has broad implications for HR’s system logic, operating model, and long-term strategy.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Head of HR Business Solutions & Strategy and lead big picture analysis, key decisions, and act as the business architect for SEB’s future HR solution. You will define foundational logic, principles, and frameworks and ensure that our long-term, enterprise-wide design remains intact. You will serve as the guardian of these principles and challenge decisions that introduce unnecessary complexity, fragmentation, or risk.
You will take ownership of strategic decisions while also confidently navigating detailed design questions where needed. This role offers significant influence, visibility, and the opportunity to shape SEB’s future HR ecosystem.
