We are now expanding our Strategy & Insights team with an Associate Digital Strategist.
As an Associate Digital Strategist, you will operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, focusing on strategic digital development. Your mission is to conduct hands-on research and analysis, as well as compile data and presentation materials for our strategy projects.
You will collaborate daily with a team of senior strategists on projects designed to drive sales through digital marketing or optimize digital sales processes. These initiatives range from organizational change and campaign strategies to in-depth research and analysis projects. As our deliverables provide the strategic foundation for decision-making at the executive and board levels, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery and success of these high-impact projects.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis within projects focused on digital marketing and sales.
Analyze data to derive actionable conclusions and formulate strategic recommendations.
Research, planning, and preparation for strategic client workshops.
Collaborate closely with senior strategists to synthesize information and support the preparation of client meetings and ongoing strategy projects.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a curious mindset and the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights. We are looking for a proactive individual with a sharp commercial sense. Since we work closely with both clients and internal teams, collaboration is central, as is the ability to work independently and take total pride in what you deliver.
You are in the early stages of your career and have already gained some professional experience or completed an internship as an Analyst, Business Developer, Strategist, or Management Consultant.
You are proficient in analyzing marketing and sales data to derive strategic, business-oriented conclusions.
You hold an academic degree in Business and Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
You are an advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
You have experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
A solid understanding of the digital landscape, including its inherent challenges and opportunities, is a prerequisite for this role.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
