University degree (preferably in business, finance, insurance, or related field)
Insurance certification is an advantage
Experience leading teams in insurance, financial services, or customer-focused environments
Background in customer service, operations, or administration—ideally within insurance or financial services, but strong customer-focused experience from other sectors is also valued
Experience with process improvement or change management initiatives
Proven ability to manage workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure accuracy
Experience communicating with stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships
