My name is Jelena Lazarevic, and I am responsible for the Project Management Team at Telia Cygate Region East. Our focus is on follow-up and development of our services for our customers. In this role, you will take on a crucial responsibility in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our delivery.

What you’ll do:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, development, and optimization of the entire customer solution throughout the contract period. You will maintain continuous dialogue with customers, conduct customer meetings with follow-ups on delivered services, and contribute to the development of our business. You will work proactively to support positive development and growth within our customer engagements.
In this role, you will have operational responsibility for several customers. You will be part of a team of specialists working with our real estate customers, where you jointly develop strategies on how to grow our business and offering, as well as how to best support the customer’s operations using Telia’s business services. Your specific responsibility is to ensure that Telia Cygate meets the customer’s expectations according to the agreement.

You are a proactive and business-driven person who enjoys working closely with customers and taking real ownership of your delivery. You build trust naturally through clear communication, reliability, and a genuine interest in understanding the customer’s needs. You feel comfortable navigating complex environments where both technology and relationships play an important role.
You are structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational work while also spotting opportunities for improvement and growth. You don’t wait for things to happen - you take initiative, drive conversations forward, and contribute to creating long-term value both for the customer and the business.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Management within IT or telecom
- Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and how they are applied in practice
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Experience driving customer dialogue, service follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with customers in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish is required, along with strong English skills
