We are now looking to expand the team with a Research Consultant.
Role description:
- Dive deep into industries, companies and leadership challenges to shape recruitment strategies
- Map markets, identify individuals with the right experience and potential impact, and approach them with judgement and credibility
- Build strong relationships with candidates through thoughtful communication and well-prepared conversations
- Conduct interviews and present candidate assessments and market insights to clients
- Run multiple processes simultaneously with ownership, precision and proactivity
What we are looking for:
We believe you are recently graduated or early in your career, with a strong academic record, preferably a business degree or related field, and with genuine interest in business, leadership and people. You are analytically sharp and motivated by understanding how companies, teams and individuals operate and create long-term value. At the same time, you are communicative, relationship-oriented and comfortable building trust through a confident yet humble approach.
You thrive in high-performance environments with significant responsibility, steep learning curves, and ambitious expectations. You are motivated by the opportunity to grow over time, take ownership and contribute to building something long term.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
