Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
and Commerce (D365 FO & Commerce) in enterprise or large-scale environments.
Proven experience supporting and maintaining D365 Finance & Operations and
Commerce.
Experience managing end-to-end platform operations, including environment
management, deployments, patching, and upgrades across multiple environments.
Solid understanding of D365 security model, including role-based security, duties,
privileges, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with integrations using Data Entities, OData, DMF, and
Azure-based integration components.
Extensive experience managing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM),
including source control, branching strategies, build and release pipelines using
Azure DevOps.
Proven experience executing One Version (continuous update) upgrades, including impact analysis, regression testing coordination, and production rollout.
Proven experience managing environment lifecycle (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), including deployments, hotfixes, service updates, and regression support.
Experience on managing Microsoft Azure services such as Azure AD, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and monitoring tools.
Experience using Lifecycle Services (LCS), Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), Power platform, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for issue tracking, releases, and
operational governance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot performance, stability, and data issues across Finance, Operations, and Commerce workloads.
