About Lindahl
Lindahl is one of Sweden's leading business law firms, offering a full-service platform with offices across six of Sweden’s major cities. Our clients are at the forefront of their respective industries, and they expect the same from us as their advisors.
Lindahl’s M&A practice advises highly reputable international and domestic corporate and financial clients on both cross-border and domestic projects, and is one of few Swedish law firms considered for premium M&A transactions in Sweden. Following a record year, our M&A team is growing.
The role
We are looking for associates at different stages of their careers, from newly graduated to more experienced candidates, who are genuinely interested in M&A and motivated to develop within the field.
As part of our team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of transactions, advising on acquisitions, investments, and other complex corporate matters. You will work closely with partners, colleagues and clients, and take on increasing responsibility from an early stage.
The role offers a steep learning curve and the opportunity to develop both your legal and commercial judgement in a dynamic and high-performing environment.
What skills are needed?
This is a fast-paced and intellectually demanding role. We are looking for someone who is driven, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in M&A.
You are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a team where collaboration and high standards go hand in hand. You are motivated to learn and develop, and you thrive in an environment where you are given responsibility early.
For us, personal qualities and potential are more important than prior experience and background.
What we offer
We offer the opportunity to join one of Sweden’s leading M&A practices, working on some of the most interesting and demanding transactions in the market. You will work closely with partners and clients, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of complex domestic and cross-border deals.
Our culture is collaborative and non-hierarchical, enabling you to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully from the outset. We combine high expectations with strong support, providing continuous feedback, mentorship, and structured training to accelerate your development.
At Lindahl, you will build your career on a platform defined by quality, trust, and long-term client relationships.
