As part of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their Malta office and help deliver an exceptional player experience across Sportsbook and Casino products.

The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting them through email and live chat in a professional, efficient, and player-focused manner.
The ideal candidate has previous experience within the iGaming industry, specifically within Sportsbook and/or Casino, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where ownership, trust, and accountability are highly valued.

Provide high-quality customer support via live chat and email.
Assist players with account-related queries, payments, bonuses, verifications, and technical issues.
Support customers across Sportsbook and Casino products.
Deliver a professional and positive player experience at all times.
Investigate and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
Ensure all interactions are handled in line with responsible gaming and compliance standards.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including promotions, campaigns, and internal procedures.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
Previous experience within the iGaming industry is required.
Experience with Sportsbook and/or Casino products.
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to take ownership and work independently.
Trustworthy, organised, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
Flexible to work shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
Must already be based in Malta.
