Key Activities & Accountabilities

Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.

Responsible for delivering all production-based activities:
-
Receiving products and putting away in locators,
-
Picking, packing and shipping products to our customers.

Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.

Inventory Counts/Checks/Investigations/Adjustments
-
Logging and moving of work and inventory between departments
-
Quality Checks and Logs
-
Checking/Loging and movement of Human Tissue products which require strict temperature, humidity control and Quality checks to ensure regulatory requirements and the safety and well being of our customers.

Delivering value-added services for the business.

Training new starters ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions.

Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager.

Identify area for continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level.

Promote a safe working environment and champion quality, ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy.

Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture.

Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business.
Education & Experience
- Relevant education or similar job experience
-
A minimum of 2 years warehouse related experience and ideally within medical devices or highly regulated industry.

Fluent English is essential and a good understanding of Swedish is required.

Hold a valid IATA and/or ADR Dangerous Goods qualification (preferred).

Hold a valid Counter Balance Forklift licence (preferred).

A working knowledge of Warehouse processes.

ERP/WMS (Oracle or similar) is essential.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
