Accenture’s Tech Talent Program (TTP) is a six month, fulltime, hands-on program designed to bridge the gap between university and a fulltime technology consultant career.
Throughout these six months, you’ll work with real business challenges, collaborate in supportive, multidisciplinary teams, and deliver value to clients.
Designed to accelerate your growth as a fullstack developer, the program offers structured learning, mentorship, and access to Accenture’s global community. Upon completion, you’ll earn a formal diploma recognizing your achievements and the skills you’ve developed along the way.

Technical role as Fullstack Developer
Your tasks may include:
Developing scalable IT solutions across frontend, backend and integrations
Exploring and contributing to AI enabled solutions
Working with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, TypeScript and SQL
Building user interfaces, APIs and backend services
Working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including containers and serverless solutions
Contributing to microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
Applying security best practices
Supporting cloud transformation initiatives
When entering TTP, you will be welcomed into a community of recent graduates where learning and support are central.
From day one, you’ll work as a consultant on projects implementing complex, business critical IT systems for international clients, with guidance from experienced colleagues.
You’ll engage in an intensive yet supportive learning process with structured training, as well as the opportunity to obtain relevant certifications.
