Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply.
Videberg Kraft is currently building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where digital and technical capabilities are established in parallel with the business. As a project company, Videberg Kraft has the mission to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power.
We are therefore looking for an Enterprise Architect who wants to take on a key role in shaping and governing the company’s target architecture and ensuring that the IT and information landscape supports the business, regulatory requirements, and long-term sustainability.
As Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining Videberg Kraft’s overall IT and business architecture. You ensure a holistic perspective, traceability, and alignment across business, technology, security, and regulatory requirements.
You work closely with the CIO, CSO/CISO, business owners, and external partners to create an architecture that is robust, secure, and enables future scalability.
Establish and maintain the company’s target architecture (enterprise architecture)
Ensure clear separation between IT, OT, and information domains where required
Define architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
Ensure that solutions support the full business lifecycle (engineering, establishment, operations)
Provide guidance on technology choices, platforms, and integration patterns
Ensure consistency and reuse across the system landscape
Support procurement activities and supplier dialogues from an architectural perspective
Contribute to decision-making related to cloud, SaaS, and hybrid solutions in a regulated environment
Ensure that the architecture enables compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2, GDPR, protective security legislation)
Work closely with information security and security architecture (CSO/CISO)
Document and visualize the architecture for both internal and external stakeholders
Has extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar architectural role
Is used to working in complex environments, preferably regulated or societally critical
Has a strong understanding of both business and technology
Is skilled at creating structure, principles, and target architectures in environments where much is being established
Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
The opportunity to establish enterprise architecture within a completely new nuclear power company
A strategically important role with significant influence over the future system landscape
Close collaboration with executive management, the security function, and business
A central position in one of Sweden’s most significant industrial initiatives
