Based in Sweden, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across Rouse’s global offices, contributing to international projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Our client portfolio is diverse, encompassing established both Swedish and international industrial leaders and dynamic start-ups. We represent clients in numerous opposition cases and regularly participate in oral proceedings.
Your tasks
In the role of Patent Paralegal, you will have a varied and responsible job. You will work both independently and in a team, and in close cooperation with our patent consultants. In this position you will correspond with both Swedish and foreign clients as well as agents and authorities. This will involve preparing documents before they are delivered to the Patent Office, communicating with external parties internationally, registering documents and monitoring them in our internal systems. Correspondence with clients will be in both Swedish and English. Placement at client's premises may occur.

Qualifications/Experience
You should preferably have five years of work experience as a patent paralegal, preferably in a patent department or in another consulting company. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English and would like you to have knowledge of another language. If you have completed qualified paralegal training this would be an advantage. You will have experience of client contact and the ability to work to deadlines, and we would like to see you have experience of running projects. If you are also interested in IT, we see this as a great advantage.
