In this role, you will have a central responsibility for commercial success, profitability and growth within the Unified Communications area, with a focus on shaping our offerings and strategies that have a direct impact on our overall business performance.

About the role
As Commercial Manager Unified Communications (UC), you will have the overall commercial responsibility for our UC product portfolio, including Tele2 Växel and Contact Center platforms within Operator. You ensure that we offer competitive and cost‑efficient solutions that meet customer needs and drive profitability and growth across all customer segments. In this role you will:

P&L ownership: Manage the profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, financial follow-up and performance management

Commercial strategy & roadmap: Design and execute the commercial product strategy to ensure clear priorities and long term growth
- Product portfolio management: Develop and optimize the portfolio to ensure competitiveness and relevant offerings
- Market and technology insight: stay at the forefront of trends and understand our customers needs to drive innovation in our offerings and business models.
- Commercial governance: define agreements, business rules, partnerships, and frameworks to secure performance and scalability.

Collaboration: work closely with all parts of Tele2 such as Product, Sales, Tech, Delivery and Customer Operations, and act as a main point of coordination between sales, product and technology, translating customer and market needs into scalable, technically sound offerings.
Who are you?
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Commercial Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a holistic business perspective. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and are comfortable making decisions based on both data and commercial judgement.

Several years of experience in commercial roles such as commercial management, business management, product management or management consulting

Proven experience owning P&L, budgeting and financial follow‑up

Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs related to profitability, growth, customer value and churn

Experience developing and managing offerings in complex B2B environments

Experience of unified communications, telephony or contact center services, for example PBX/cloud PBX, UCaaS, CCaaS or related platforms.

Experience working data‑driven and interpreting insights from CRM, BI and analytical tools

Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales, product and technology teams

Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
