We are looking for an ambitious and service-driven Atelier Store Manager to lead our Nybrogatan 22 location in Stockholm.
This role combines sales leadership, operational structure, customer experience, and team coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring the atelier runs seamlessly day-to-day, while delivering the elevated, personal experience BLUGIALLO is known for.
You’ll work closely with sales advisors, tailoring teams, product development, logistics, customer experience, and management - in a tight organization. You'll become a key part of driving both brand experience and commercial performance.
Lead the daily operations of the atelier and store at Nybrogatan 22.
Deliver and uphold a premium customer experience for ready-to-wear collection and introduction of core custom-made offering.
Drive sales performance while supporting and motivating the team toward shared goals.
Ensure smooth coordination between fittings, tailoring adjustments, product handling, and deliveries.
Maintain high standards across store presentation, product organization, and operational structure.
Work closely with Customer Experience, Logistics, and Atelier teams to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.
Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and development of store staff when needed.
Take ownership of in-store reporting, inventory, performance tracking, and operational planning.
Contribute to local activations, clienteling initiatives, and community-building around the BLUGIALLO brand.
Previous experience in retail, luxury, fashion, or hospitality - preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of premium customer service and relationship-building.
Organized, proactive, and confident managing both people and operations simultaneously.
Commercial mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where service, structure, and flexibility are equally important.
Interest in tailoring, craftsmanship, and personal style is highly valued.
Curious and open to using digital tools and AI to improve workflows, customer experience, and daily operations.
