As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Epical, you play a key role in creating tangible business value by acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
You are responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirements gathering to contract signing.
A key part of your role is strategic and proactive sourcing, to identify and engage the right talent through a systematic, insight-driven approach. You also ensure a great candidate experience at every touchpoint and contribute to developing our ways of working within Talent Acquisition.
With us, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures. You will be part of a Nordic Talent Acquisition team, while also working with colleagues from Delivery organization, People & Culture and the marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating a recruitment and sourcing strategy that is based on the headcount plan, talent strategy, market insight and business need.
End-to-end recruitment process that supports Epical’s employer brand and a great candidate experience. This includes sourcing, headhunting, salary negotiations and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Referral management and reporting
Ensuring ATS (Teamtailor) is up to date and running smoothly
Drives TA related projects, updating processes or drives other initiatives to ensure internal alignment, efficient processes, compliance with legal requirements and business goals.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is located in Stockholm.
In addition to hands-on hiring, Talent Acquisition Business Partner is expected to actively monitor the talent market and stay updated on relevant trends and changes to the business. This means proactively sharing insights on talent market developments, understanding their impact on recruitment, and aligning talent sourcing with the company’s strategic direction.
