Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
8–12+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management within construction, data center, or large-scale infrastructure environments
Proven track record of building, implementing, and evolving PMO frameworks, tools, and processes in a multi-project, international setting

Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, acting as a credible partner in decision-making forums
Experience driving PMO maturity and capability development, including hands-on design and delivery of training programs
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing governance with practical business needs
Excellent structured communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise, and decision-ready messages
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
