We are looking for a Senior Customer Manager for Card Personalization services who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech powers some of the Nordics’ most trusted banking systems with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Using automation, data, AI, and cloud, supported by hands-on guidance, we help banks modernize their core, strengthen trust, and deliver greater impact across the banking experience.
Card Personalization unit helps banks and fintechs to issue physical payment cards. We are a market leader in the Nordic - Baltic region and look to expand in Europe. Our services cover the whole value chain of card issuance, starting from the design and material selection, followed by the manufacturing by one of our European or Global partners, then personalizing cards in one of our own personalization sites in the region, and finally packing and delivering final product to cardholders around the world.
When joining Tieto Banktech as a Senior Customer Manager, you will:
Join a skilled and experienced international team of cards and personalization experts, where you learn new things with your colleagues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop a robust sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals, and ensure the achievement of targets.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Represent the company at selected industry events. Contribute to company’s initiatives by sharing insights and expertise on market trends and best practices.
Who we are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in customer management, international sales and relationship building in financial sector or related services, preferably in cards and payments area.
Strong background in solution and service sales with bright technology acumen.
Strategic thinking and customer engagement skills.
Hands-on operational experience with a deep understanding of the market.
Demonstrable and successful track-record of managing sales and customer relationships.
High level presentation skills with the ability to gain credibility and trust with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencers within the customer organizations.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
