Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for our AI-powered talent search engine.
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development, from architecture design to deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to support our rapidly growing user base.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help shape the future product roadmap.
Qualifications
- the candidate has held the job title product engineer or its equivalent.
- The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree.
- The candidate should be located within entire Europe.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a product engineer or in a similar product development role.
- The candidate should possess strong technical skills in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
