We are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to help shape how we price our products, improve margins, and support key commercial decisions across our markets. Sounds interesting? The role
As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in building a more data‑driven and transparent pricing setup. You will work closely with Pricing Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Controlling to provide insights that improve pricing decisions and reduce complexity.
In this role, you will report to André Pagels, Finance & Performance Management Director, and be part of of business area Dining Solutions and our Pricing Operations team – focused on strengthening our pricing capability and improving execution across markets.
Your work will directly influence pricing decisions, margin development, and how we compete in the market.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support decision‑making through scenario analysis (price changes, portfolio impact)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and decision tools
- Ensure quality and consistency of pricing data across systems
- Identify patterns and root causes behind pricing issues
- Provide data‑driven insights to support pricing decisions and challenge assumptions
- Translate data into clear recommendations that support pricing and commercial decisions
Who are you?
We are looking for a structured and analytical person who enjoys working with data and turning it into actionable insights. You have a few years of relevant experience and are comfortable working independently in a business-facing role across functions.
We believe you have:
- A relevant academic degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
- Understanding of pricing, commercial analytics, or business performance
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
In addition to your experience, we believe you are a person who is curious, structured, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working with both data and business challenges. You are not only interested in analysing data, but also in understanding how it drives decisions and commercial outcomes. You have a strong attention to detail but can also see the bigger picture. You enjoy working collaboratively and are able to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
