We are looking for a Platform Specialist with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce. The assignment is carried out in a hybrid working setup, combining on-site and remote work, and includes supporting, maintaining, and operating D365 FO and Commerce.
Experience working with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for issue tracking, releases, and operational governance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues related to performance, stability, and data across Finance, Operations, and Commerce workloads.
Experience managing Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce (D365 FO & Commerce) within enterprise-level or large-scale environments.
Proven experience with environment lifecycle management across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD, including deployments, hotfixes, service updates, and regression support.
Extensive experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), covering source control, branching strategies, and build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with integrations based on Data Entities, OData, DMF, and Azure-based integration components.
Proven experience in the ongoing support and maintenance of D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce.
Proven experience performing One Version continuous updates, including impact analysis, regression test coordination, and production rollout.
Solid understanding of the D365 security model, including role-based security, duties, privileges, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience working with IT service management tools, DevOps processes, and vendor coordination.
Experience with full platform operations, covering environment administration, deployments, patching, and upgrades across multiple environments.
