We are seeking a Global Procurement & Sourcing Lead to define and execute our global procurement and sourcing strategy across all operations. Reporting to the Group CFO and working in a matrix with Business Development, this hands‑on role plays a key part in improving cost efficiency, working capital, and financial performance while establishing strong, scalable procurement governance globally.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Quant operates across approximately 50 sites worldwide and employs around 1,700 people.
This is an individual contributor leadership role where you set direction and personally ensure execution. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery — leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating with key suppliers, and supporting local teams in implementing standardized procurement processes and purchasing discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global procurement governance, including PO compliance, approved supplier usage, and standardized purchasing processes
- Increase spend under management, transparency, and data quality
- Lead global and regional sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract structuring
- Drive cost optimization, working capital improvement, and TCO initiatives
- Support countries hands‑on with spend analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and procurement maturity development
- Strengthen reporting, savings tracking, internal controls, and audit readiness
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a senior procurement professional who combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
You likely have:
- Strong experience in global procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Proven ability to build procurement governance, PO compliance, and purchasing discipline
- Solid financial understanding, including working capital impact
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrix, multi-country environment
- A practical, action-oriented approach — you lead by doing
