Lövra is a fast-growing Swedish service company building a standardized, technology-driven operating model across the outdoor and home services market. We are looking for a driven sales representative to take ownership of our warm leads and existing customers, and turn interest into booked jobs. This is not about cold calling. It is about making the most of customers who already know us, building relationships, and making sure the right jobs end up in the calendar. You work closely with the team, get insight into how a modern service company is built, and grow with us as we scale.
- Call and respond to incoming leads, qualify needs, and book assignments
- Follow up with previous customers for recurring jobs and upselling
- Make sure every customer gets a professional and warm experience, from first contact to booked job
- Work closely with our operations team to check availability and planning
- Keep customer information and follow-ups accurate in our system, so nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience in sales, customer contact, or booking, ideally over the phone
- Comfortable driving a conversation forward and closing deals without being pushy
- Structured, and you like keeping your leads and follow-ups in order
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
