Are you a structured and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working hands-on with accounting and financial processes? We are now looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team to play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting and smooth financial operations across our organization.
Job description & key responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, tax reporting, and supporting both monthly and annual closings. You will work closely with colleagues in Group Finance and report directly to the Vertiseit Finance Teamleader.
In this role, you will:
Manage daily bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare documentation for internal and group-level financial reporting
Manage incoming and outgoing bank transactions
Support internal and external audits
Handle reminders and claims in line with group guidelines

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a structured and proactive team player who enjoys both routine tasks and problem-solving. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy improving processes, and have strong communication skills.
We’re looking for someone who has:
A degree in accounting, finance, or similar experience in technical accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping
Experience from working with various IT systems and finance platforms
A collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
Fluent in Swedish and English. German skills are considered a plus.
Experience in an international environment, particularly with US-based companies is an advantage.
