We are looking for a Corporate Legal Administrator to join our Legal & Compliance team and help us manage our day-to-day legal workflows during an exciting period of growth and integration. If you thrive on keeping workflows moving and being organized, have experience handling standard documents like NDAs, and understand when to seek support from senior team members, you will fit right in.
This is a temporary 12-month position based in Uppsala, with potential conversion to a permanent role in the future.
About the role
As a Corporate Legal Administrator, you will take ownership of our day-to-day legal administrative queue and workflow, ensuring smooth, reliable operational support for both IAR and Qt Group globally. You'll be working closely with the Legal team as a whole and will pick up specific project support tasks as priorities shift.
You will be a vital part of our fast-paced global Legal team environment where context-switching is a daily norm. Because we are navigating an exciting corporate integration, you will have a unique opportunity to help the team shape our legal operations and workflows as we grow together.
Your will be responsible for:
Independently reviewing, processing, and redlining routine non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) using our internal tools and guidelines.
Triaging and routing incoming requests, tracking deadlines, and maintaining the Legal team’s task tracker with project-management software tools.
Ensuring documents are accurately tracked through the drafting, signature, and filing stages within repositories like Salesforce.
Managing signature workflows, maintaining corporate records, and handling routine legal files.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, takes pride in being a reliable problem-solver for the business, and finds genuine satisfaction on the operational side of legal support. We see this role as a great fit either for an experienced paralegal who already has a solid foundation in contract administration or someone who brings a strong commercial background and has recently transitioned into a certified paralegal track.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment where context-switching is a daily norm.
A tech-savvy mindset and experience with, or alternatively, a genuine willingness to learn how to use tools like Asana, Salesforce, and Luminance.
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Swedish and/or German language skills considered a strong bonus.
A university degree or a formal certification as a Paralegal (or equivalent legal/commercial experience).
Prior experience in contract administration, legal operations, especially in a technology-oriented environment is highly valued.
What we offer you
IAR is a multi-cultural and global business in a fast-growing industry, an organization where every co-worker's individual role is very important in the big picture. We welcome new ideas and take pride in our achievements. We offer you the opportunity to work in a curious, knowledge-sharing environment with a strong team spirit, where we will support you to grow both professionally and as an individual. We are problem-solvers and take on new challenges with excitement and energy.
